The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has announced that companies with 100 or more employees are now required to submit pay and hours information as part of Component 2 of the New EEO-1 form. The deadline for submitting both calendar year 2017 and 2018 data is September 30th, 2019.
